




Oh Vandy, you’ve done it again. If it wasn’t awesome enough to walk into my neighborhood restaurant and see this guy behind the bar, the polenta with braised escargot and fried quail egg really sealed the deal.
Not to be overshadowed by snails, the crispy pork belly and lentils du puy were a bit of melt-in-your mouth perfection.
